Join us for a soul-refreshing mini urban retreat—right in the heart of the city of Los Angeles.
Each month, we gather outdoors to move, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters: nature, your body, and community.

“Hiking through the trails and flowing through yoga afterward helped me reconnect with my body and spirit in a way that felt grounding and powerful.” - Jhae
Because when we remember how to breathe, we remember how to listen.
When we learn to tend to ourselves,
we begin to tend to each other.
And when we walk in nature as kin,
we stop seeing Earth—or each other—as something to conquer.
This is not just a “monthly mini urban retreat.” This is a return.
To truth.
To tenderness.
To the power of presence.

Feel calmer, lighter, and more connected after just one morning
Make new friendships rooted in presence, not performance
Get your body moving and your spirit grounded
Learn how nature can become your most powerful self-care ritual
You deserve to rest, reset, and return to yourself.
Hike to Yoga is a nonprofit community initiative making mindful movement, nature connection, and holistic wellness accessible to all. We bring together diverse groups for guided hikes, yoga in nature, and heart-centered connection—creating spaces of healing, belonging, and embodied joy in the outdoors.

Our monthly mini retreat is more than a hike—it’s a healing rhythm.
🌄 9 AM – Mindful Hike
We walk slowly, with intention—letting the Earth reset our nervous systems.
🧘♀️ 10 AM – Yoga Wave
We flow together like birds in flight: synchronizing breath, movement, and presence.
💬 11 AM – Community Circle + Picnic
Bring your own lunch, share stories, and be seen. This is a space for real talk, soft landings, and deep belonging.

I do not seek peace as a distant dream.
I live it. I guide it. I plant it—in bodies, in breath, in land, and in lineage.
I believe peace begins not with treaties, but with nervous systems.
It begins with the eldest daughter who finally says, “I am allowed to rest."
It begins with the refugee child—now grown—who hikes into the hills and remembers, "My ancestors survived. And so will I."
It begins with the woman who rolls out her mat and whispers,
"This body is no longer a battleground."
I do not perform self-care to escape the world.
I practice it to transform the world.
